I was looking for music to help lull me to sleep.It mostly accomplishes this.However, the seagull calls which are intermittently present seem a little loud compared to the background level.Occasionally the surf noise rises too.It is very soothing otherwise.

This CD is okay for ocean sounds lovers, but I didn't care for the foghorn sounds or whales that come later in it.It's more of a Cape Cod type of sound that the Caribbean, which I prefer.I wanted JUST waves.

I listen to this CD when I'm getting a massage or just relaxing outside.I've also found it helpful as a calming agent when I'm having a difficult day at work.The ocean sounds are very peaceful and relaxing after a hard day at work also.
